Unfortunately SystmOne does not allow you to go to the prescription screen if you do not have any repeat medication.
However in this case you may use the ‘Ask Question’ function. Please send a request using this and make this as detailed as possible to help the clinician make a decision. Unfortunately due to presciption demands we cannot reply to individual patients using this function.
The medication should be ready within 48 hours. You can ring or come down to the surgery to see if this has been processed. If the medication has be refused due to clinical grounds you will be asked to make and appointment or clarify the request for the mediation.
